Chef's Knife in AEB-L Steel! 

This new design was made for the professional Chef or anyone who appreciates a good knife in the kitchen. The extra tall 4" blade provides plenty of clearance on the cutting board and is a great overall size for nearly any kitchen task. AEB-L gets super sharp and is stainless, holds a very fine edge, is easy to maintain and this one is scary sharp with a nice thin edge. The single bevel grind is just made for the kitchen and easy to sharpen as well. 

This is the first of this design and a long time in the plans! I used my best handle material to make a one of a kind set of scales with Thunderstorm Kevlar, LVA Carbon Fiber over white liners to really set this one off.

4" Blade - Just under 8" total.
Single bevel grind with single microbevel. 
Easy to maintain Scotchbrite finish on flats. Clean up with a green scotchbrite pad to keep looking like new.
Polished Edge - Scary Sharp! 
Feels great in hand, meant to use all day, Chamfered/rounded spine and index finger area. Well balanced.
